Palatkik
Trumbo [2015] Award winning biopic that comes across as too sugared up and self-indulgent for some covering the one of Hollywood’s top writers battling the dark ages of McCarthyism. Coss
Youth (2015) Michael Caine, Harvey Keitel Stunning scenery Fantastic imagery But you need to be open to it. This is no in your face wham bam of a blockbuster. It's a movie! Be sure to watch the 1080 version on a big enough screen. Enjoy. Caine (and Keitel) are like wine, just get better with age. Not a lot of people know that! Yes very good this, thanks for the heads up, the end was very moving, sucker as I am, for beautiful things.

Palatkik
Born To Be Blue [2015] Engaging movie due to the fine lead performances covers the down and out period of jazz trumpeter Chet Baker in the States and his eventual partial recovery up until his final move into Europe. Coss
Brimstone 2016 - Grim - starts at the end and ends up back there, quite an interesting tale set in the old west, not uplifting, but worth the watch. Guy Pearce does a good Bad Man.

Coss
The Bad Batch (2016) A love story set in a community of cannibals in a future dystopia. In a desert wasteland in Texas, a muscled cannibal breaks one important rule: don't play with your food. (IMDB) Surprisingly well made, for a thin plot, but still, worth a watch.
