One Night in Bangkok (2020)

A hit man named Kai (Mark Dacascos) flies into Bangkok, gets a gun, and orders a cab. He offers a professional female driver big money to be his all-night driver. But when she realizes Kai is committing brutal murders at each stop, it's too late to walk away. Meanwhile, an offbeat police detective (Kane Kosugi) races to decode the string of slayings before more blood is spilled.

Nicely done! Characters develop in to an interacting story.

**** 1/2

Motherless Brooklyn (2019)

Very good movie, don't let Bruce Willis' participation put you off.  Edward Norton, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Alec Baldwin, Willem Dafoe and others are great! 4.74634256 out of 5 stars!

I actually read where the Tourette's community praised Edward Norton for his portrayal

Lincoln [2012]
A historical drama that focuses on the 16th President's tumultuous final months in office. In a nation divided by war, Lincoln pursues a course of action designed to end the war, unite the country and abolish slavery. Lincoln is best viewed with modest expectations as Spielberg movies can all have a predictable style about them. The lead performance lives up to the hype. It is a great performance.

La Haine (The Hate) [1995]
Recently re-released digitally, this is a French drama that remains a timeless classic with superb performances and shockingly stunning cinematography in black and white about social divisions and police oppression in 90's Paris. Brings to mind the more recently released Les Misérables [2019] of the same genre and equally worth seeing.
