The cops arrested a serial paedo here in Brissie last weekend - he was down at the man-made beach we have in the city, taking photos of a little girl whose parents had allowed to swim naked. Broad daylight, surrounded by people, and Chester whips out the Kodak - these people simply cant help themselves.
