There's absolutely nothing nearby that would be of any interest to a thai360 member. Email http://www.augustsuites.com/ and see what their current rates are. Opened in Dec. and has had favorable reviews on the Pattaya boards. Pay no attention to the joiner fee nor the rates as posted on their website. Last I heard there was no joiner fee for 1 guest and rooms were as low as 1400 baht. Email and ask re current joiner policy and negotiate best rate. Great location down a driveway set back from Pattaya Klang just N. of 2nd Rd. (where the fruit and veg. market is). Baht buses steps away going all directions. Sois 7,8 and 6 as well as the beach all walkable.
