How do you cut the tab into quarters?? Just bite it and get an approximation of a quarter?? Or some other way?? A quarter of a pill is a pretty small amount! If you are taking any kind of blood pressure or heart drugs be very careful and ask your doctor! People can die from that drug combination. It is the asthma thing and related pills that could interfere . I would , sorry my friend would not start using blue pills without consulting a doctor if heart problems of whichever kind are existing . UJp to you . Start with a quarter tab of Kamagra and work up. Easier to cut Apcalis in half. Timing/dose requires some experimentation. Massage with happy ending is a good way to experiment. dddave Posted July 27, 2009 Report Share Posted July 27, 2009 I've posted this before but it bears repetition; I've used the clones for years and they have always worked but I have long suspected that the "Cialis" clones (Apcallis) and the "Cialis" sold in Cambodia is not Tadalafil. I suspect they use the same Sildenifil they use in Kamagra/Panagra ect. and just make it look like Cialis. I have used the Cialis clones in close comparison to Kamagra and have been able to detect no difference in it's affect. When I used genuine Cialis bought in the USA, the duration of affect was much longer than genuine Viagra. Local "Cialis" is not worth the premium price IMHO.
