svolter
A quick question so I can get the right cables.... What type of connection are they using in Thailand for connecting the DVD and video to the TV. I'm sure they don't use the Euro scart. But do they use the same connection as in the US. A male RCA (phono) video cable with two other male RCA(phono) for L/R sound? The TV that is supposed to be used cost about 5000 bath, so I am sure it lack's support for RGB and S-Video. Thanks! ALHOLK
Hi! I don't really know the answer to your question. However last summer I bought a VCD player in Thailand and it cam with a cable fitted with RCA plugs. If you for some reason need to use a SCART connector you could bring a SCART to RCA converter. I don't know if you can buy them in Thailand but in Europe they should be easy to get. regards ALHOLK
svolter
>>Has a female RCA port for Video in and Audio in. >>Has a female RCA port for Video out and Audio out. Great, that's the same as on a US mono TV. The DVD player has an RCA port for video out besides the Euro scart, so there should be no problems.
