radioman
Which version?
Palatkik
The first version I would guess. It only just came out, or have they got a service pack already? :-) Sorry, completely misread post, guess you mean home, premium or ultimate etc? radioman
Will be interesting to see the BKK pricing. If its sensibly in line with other places I will buy it here. I'm running build 7100 on my E8400 based machine and find it just fine.

Think we got there though.
tartempion
Well I'm fucked. Bought an Acer i7 920, promotion mentioned "free upgrade to Win 7" So went on Acer's website where you get redirected to a site to order your free Win 7. Then you are asked to enter your machine serial number....eh where's that? Some small characters/numbers at the back of the PC, 22 in total. Serial starts with 91, get error message: two first char must be letters....half an hour later call Acer supprt desk, paying number by the minute. They record my request. I now can query that problem on Acer's database: Open: status S1. Calling their support line again won't help. Moral: Don't buy Acer.
zzzz
The win 7 that I downloaded will not accept the key they sent. I think it's because this one is 64 bit and the key belongs to a 32 bit version. I called support but, this being the first day out, couldn't get through. :onfire:
