After first piece of gum, never smoked again. Can buy in the LOS without prescription and in USA same. I assume other countries as well. Since, a number of manufacturers (using the same active ingredient)have marketed through some major chain drug or discount stores here in the U.S. Prices of these "generics" are typically 1/4 to 1/3 cheaper than Nicorette.
