expat
This came up in MooNoi's thread on his massage girl: http://www.thai360.com/fbb/showtopic.php?tid/534342/tp/4/ When a woman say's 'siaow' when you're fooling about with her, does it mean "I'm having an orgasm," or "That feels very good" or what? Flashermac
Basically it means randy. There was a somewhat racy comedy film with that name in the late 1970s. The hero had just one thing on his mind.
Pom Michael
It has other connotations also - when your driving in a car and go over a bump - I hear Thai's say "siaow" all the time.

Guest
It has a number of meanings: for a shiver to go down one's spine, to get a chill, to be thrilled, and yes, it is a slang term for orgasm. Try this: if you live in a high-rise building, take your TG out on the balcony and have her look down...8 out of 10 times she'll say that word... It's also appropriate to say in situations such as if you've come already, but your girl keeps riding/pumping you...for me, I can't stand that sensation, it's just too much...and I always yell "siaw". Of course, that just makes them do it harder, haha...
Gadfly
I would have translated it as "sensitive (in a physical manner)", but it depends upon the context. In the context of fooling around, it means it feels good. The word I use for horny, and the transliteration is my own, is "ngean".
