WorldFun Posted March 2, 2010 Report Share Posted March 2, 2010 yes pretty amazing the Thai's haven't updated the numbers to account for larger amounts than millions thus popularly the Thaksin case was referred to as '76,000 lan' or 76,000 millon baht = 76 billion clearly having such large amount of cash in wealth is thus highly 'unthai' & thus no avoiding confiscating of all or most... thus with those fresh state money the first thing to do would be to update the Thai language (good start is removing all the redundant letters etc) include the numbers (billion, trillion etc) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
