Maybe not. Lamb's pretty spendy here in LoS because most Thais don't like it, so a limited market. But you are correct. If it were to be found, that'd be the place.

Take a DNA analysis kit, with the yummy herbs and spices, I'd be hard pressed to identify Lamb by taste alone
