gawguy
One fallout from the autorun virus I mentioned before is that it leaves folders on the drives that I can't delete. I suppose a lot of viruses do this. In this case there is a folder called: Autorun.inf. Inside that folder is another folder named Null. When I try to delete them I get the message in the header: Cannot delete Null: Parameter is incorrect What do you do about this? Is it a matter of "permissions?" I am logged on as administrator. Thanks, GG
khunsanuk
Hi, Have encountered this as well (lent my USB to my wife's daughter who stuck it in a PC at school ). Ended up formatting the USB, quickest way to get rid of everything. Sanuk!

khunsanuk
Hi, "Try renaming the folder." If he has the same virus on it I had, that won't work either. Also tried deleting them from a DOS box, no luck. Sanuk!
keekwai
Booting from a rescue CD of some type and deleting the folders should work. Check out UBCD4WIN.
