BTW, anyone renting this apartment can also register a business at this address. The building is semi-commercial, meaning that the first three floors house commercial businesses.

 

The landlord is willing to provide the necessary building documents to register a business at this address even if your are renting an apartment. This is where and how we registered our condom company. We used the second bedroom as our office and the living room to warehouse our first shipment of condoms. After a couple of years we were able to rent office and warehouse space on the second floor of the same buidling, which is also available.
