Keng Tung, Mong Tek and I think as far north as the casino towns near China. A quick search reveals that there is a VOA booth at Yangon Airport but it has to be pre arranged through a travel agent. MM why don't you just try a travel agent when you get to BKK? Maybe for an extra few baht they will do the legwork for you?
