Staph infection?

Something that people were using in my area with success was hydrogen peroxide, I believe the strength was 10%. People were going to Mexico to buy it.

All of a sudden it became illegal to bring it back across the border. Why? One person thought it was the 2% strenght stuff and drunk some of it - like a lot of it and it turned out to be the 10% variety. It killed him.

The links I posted, this company has FDA, EPA approvals as well as patents.

They have done hundreds of hospital and lab studies.

This appears to be some serious stuff and a real contender via Big Pharma!!

MRSA can be cured with colloidal silver, per the videos.

I will see how my friend is doing today, here in BKK and report back.

This MRSA is some serious/nasty stuff. It has gotten my attention and I take it very seriously!!!

Colloidal silver and salts have been used for many centuries, as they been shown to have a mild effect in combating some bacterias.

OTOH, though either continued use or larger doses can have very detrimental effects. They can turn the user's skin gray, and it's irreversible. They can potentially lead to coma and death. Also, intravenous injections can negatively effect the central nervous system.

While used for many centuries, their use waned significantly during WWII, a compound antibiotics first came into use and proved far more effective than silver products in countering bacterial infections.

Interestingly, now you can only find colloidal silver and salts available _only_ the Net, as the FDA banned over-the-counter sale of such products. There are NO peer-reviewed supporting studies for silver products in the last 70-years, which I could find! And, no, it's not due to conspiracy from the pharmaceutical companies!

Homeopathy, blood letting and many {not all] of the available herbal supplements have little efficacy when compared to modern medicine. Of course you can always rely on prayer or the placebo effect. :grinyes:

Ah, I also found YouTube sites, similar to those you posted for colloidal silver, which unfailingly support other claimed health care practices,

such as iridology, Reiki, homeopathy, chakra, faith healing, etc, etc.

Interestingly, each one was created by a proponent of the technique and none provided

accurate nor verifiable medical support. But, the claims were so moving...

Oh, and maybe we should add Thai amulets, which in addition to helping ward off or cure

disease can also make the user bulletproof, or we should just go to Lourdes.

You might want to check the resources from the Center for Disease Control:

Or here: http://nccam.nih.gov/health/silver/

And here: http://nccam.nih.gov/health/silver/D209.pdf

Or maybe the Skeptical Inquirer:

Yet, it's totally 'up to you'...

Have your colloidal silver and with enough effort you might become the latest model for an action hero...Silver Man
