Stuck in a rut... What to do?

Some people just fall out of love with their partner...even if the other is still attracted. It happened to me. She was a terrific lady, mother...etc and we had been together for 10 years. It was me that didn't want to have sex with her anymore and me that put up mental barriers. She still loved me, found me attractive and wanted to try and salvage our relationship. Alas, I did not feel the same and we went our separate ways. We remain very good friends.

It could be that she has fallen out of love with you. You must find out if this is the case so you can move on with your life.

Just my 2 cents worth.

Clinical Depression is a difficult one to deal with. Some medications do help some people. And one may need to try many different medications before any positive results - and this takes a lot of time with an MD doctor. Other medical conditions can complicate any healing.

Some people do want help and do receive it. Others are in denial - and blame everyone but themselves.

Tough choice. Guess it depends on each persons quality of life.
