There was a fire in an MP a few years ago and the sprinkler system wouldn't work. Seems the management had disconnected the sprinkler system so they could use more water for the soapies. In NanaPlaza - I would assume the Landlord has some sort of fire insurance - but I can't assume anything. With fire insurance may come some sort of 'inspection' from the fire insurance company. I was told by a board member last night, which I later confirmed with someone "in the know" that the space is going to be utilized for something else.
