Stormy Daniels’s attorney Michael Avenatti said Tuesday that President Trump’s personal lawyer Michael Cohen received $500,000 in the months after the 2016 election from a company run by a Russian oligarch with ties to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

 

Avenatti said that the funding may have been used to reimburse the $130,000 payment Cohen made to Daniels to stay quiet about her alleged affair with Trump.

 

Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani revealed last week that Trump had reimbursed Cohen $130,000, which was given to Daniels just weeks before the 2016 election. Cohen had earlier claimed that the non-disclosure payment came from his own funds, and Trump had told he was unaware it had been been made.

Are there any news about plans for rebuilding giant steel plants all over the Rust Belt ? I am only asking because according relevant sources productivity in steel manufacturing increased 5 fold over the last 20 years due to steady innovation. Any plant being built today would be top of the line in innovations. Meaning, they would employ probably less than 10% of the employees that a plant of that capacity would have employed 30 years ago. I feel bad for those workers but only a moron would have voted for Trump, expecting him to bring back his job.
