You heard it first.  Bernie will win the nomination. How well he does in the general election will be based to some extent by his VP If he chooses someone that doesn't hurt him, he will win fairly easy. Virginia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, WIsconsin, Ohio, and maybe Florida will 'feel the Bern'.

You have the CS guarantee. hehehe

No the Electoral College was put in place so all the States would have a fair say in the voting..

Just because a certain party loses the Election, they get butt hurt and cry, we need to change this. No we don't

It keeps things on a level playing field

No it wasn't. You may need to study your history.

The Republicans know the Democrats are not only the majority in the country, they also know that their numbers are dwindling. The only way to keep getting elected is to unethically and illegally if they have to, suppress the numbers of Democrats who can vote. The Democrats know this but are the biggest pussies in the world when it comes to protecting their own voter base.

Trump has taken out a lot of people via drone strikes. Just like Obama and Bush to some extent. No one protested any previous persons taken out by Trump UNTIL this guy. So that meme has a misleading message. It's specifically why this one general was taken out.

Education has changed in America. It's the baby boomers and older generations that has removed 'shop' that we grew up with and other functional, real world skills. Millennials didn't focus exclusively on college in a vacuum. They were pushed there from childhood by American institutions. What older generations keep doing and its a huge mistake is to blame. The future are the young and if/when they rebel, older generations won't win. They will be the ones inheriting the baby boomer wealth, take the reigns of industry, the vote, etc. They will be gaining power. As a collective they will be the power. And making the decisions on whomever from the older generations are still living.

And as I've said before, the future of America will be a more democratic socialist one. Older generations can lambast it but it has no effect. It will happen if nothing substantial changes. How it will look is up for debate. We can argue that it will ruin America culturally and economically. But it will be an argument falling on deaf ears by the ones who will be running America and they are not listening. I have read the blogs, talked to young people as much as I can, within my own family or randomly. They blame the older generations for the lack of a future. Any and all fingerpointing by older generations is returned with them being more adamant. So, complaining about the youngest generation won't change anything.

Also, the conservative viewpoint in America will become smaller and smaller. The niches that make up the democratic party is growing and the one group that the Republicans have a majority is dying off the fastest. The future is likely a dominant Democratic party and a Republican party having a consistently minority share of elected politicians. This election may be the last Republican one possibly for a time. The only way the Republican party can win a presidency again I think is if they run someone who can appeal outside their current base.

There is a possibility there could be a 3rd party. The current corporate affiliated Democratic party is getting a lot of push back and the reason why AOC and others won in part is because they all took no corporate money. Its appealing to the young. More are coming. ITs a fast growing segment of the Democratic party. And its appealing. All of the so called squads were big underdogs prior. You can make fun of them all they want but they have a message that resonated enough in their districts to overcome polls initially having them 30 or 40 percent behind the establishment Democratic leader. Not too dissimilar to Trump who was way behind initially among other Republicans. He had a populist message as well not too different than AOC.

It's obvious the young 'justice democrats' that the squad and others like them are sometimes referred to by other Dems scare the shit out of the Republican party. These are freshmen Dems with no notoriety prior. Traditionally not a blip on anyone's radar right or left but you have Fox News and even the President and conservatives going after them very, very hard. One has to ask why? They are not head of any committees. Pelosi and the leadership do not like them and have punished them by putting most of them in committees that that are not influential. So, why the huge, national backlash? Because they are the future and its scared the hell out of not only Republicans but also establishment Dems. AOC has twitter followers into the millions. Republicans fear that such a similar type of person could win in red districts. And its proven they are starting to either win or lose by very close margins despite being vastly outspent and attacked.
