Every time McCarthy does not win the vote, the clerk or whomsoever, announces the result and some prat from the GOP, jumps up and nominates McCarthy again. At which point, everyone from the McCarthy team (less than 50% of the people in the house), leaps up and applauds and smiles and 'yahoo's, like they just won WWII.
