"Germany is a captive of Russia because it is getting so much of its energy from Russia," Trump said, taking particular aim at the proposed Nord Stream II pipeline...

Mr Cavanami, do yourself a favour and put everything under a microscope that this idiot says. About 25 % of Germany´s primary energy oil-gas-coal comes from Russia and 40 % of all gas . Tendency shrinking because other than Trump´s chaosgang Germany does strongly expand on renewable energies. There is a giant port being built currently just for gas tankers from anywhere. And so forth. If Germany would stop buying energy from Russia they would be bankrupt within short time, rethink who the captive is.

I have tried to learn from you several times recently where to assemble information which is not fake and biased. I note I should consider the Bangkok Post.

Trump now approaching his trustable buddy Putin, maybe he receives another promise to throw all nukes on the scrapyard, hasn´t there been something recently in Singapore ?

President Donald is rightly accusing Germany of escaping from its duty to pay more for the NATO, I wonder what excuse Angie might come up with.

Last: Could anybody tell him the former chancellor Schroeder is not CEO of Northstream; he is presiding over the shareholders.

And could he for heaven´s sake avoid wearing sunglasses on the sunbed, that looks incredibly ridiculous.

Trump slams 'captive' Germany at Nato summit

BRUSSELS: US President Donald Trump launched a blistering attack on Germany at the start of a tense Nato summit Wednesday, accusing Berlin of being "captive" to Russia and demanding it and other allies immediately step up defence spending.

The two-day meet in Brussels was already shaping up to be the alliance's most difficult in years, with Europe and the US engaged in a bitter trade spat and Trump demanding that Nato allies "reimburse" Washington for the cost of defending the continent.

European allliance members were braced for criticism from Trump on defence spending, but his furious tirade at what should have been an amicable breakfast meeting appeared to take even Nato chief Jens Stoltenberg by surprise.

"Germany is a captive of Russia because it is getting so much of its energy from Russia," Trump said, taking particular aim at the proposed Nord Stream II pipeline...

Europe's biggest economy spends just 1.24% of GDP on defence, compared with 3.5% for the US, well below the Nato guideline of 2%.

So Cavanami: by your reasoning and logic Germany is being held captive because your bully said so....

Now

America is one of the world's largest oil producers, and close to 40 percent of U.S. oil needs are met at home. Most of the imports (~60%) currently come from five countries: Canada, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Venezuela and Nigeria. Whom are keeping Trump and the Trumpanzees captive, by Cavanami's measure.

I can't be arsed to find out why Trump is protecting American people, when they send billions and billion and billions to Canada, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Venezuela and Nigeria.

Cavanami, this has got to be good right?

Russian mining firm puts Trump's face on its asbestos products As US officials decide against banning product, producer Uralasbest puts Trump ‘seal of approval’ on pallets.

https://www.theguard...alasbest-russia

Uralasbest, one of the world’s largest producers and sellers of asbestos, has taken to adorning pallets of its product with a seal of Trump’s face, along with the words “Approved by Donald Trump, 45th president of the United Statesâ€.

The move follows the US Environmental Protection Agency’s recent decision not to ban new asbestos products outright. The EPA said it would evaluate new uses of asbestos but environmental groups have criticized the agency for not going further by barring them on public health grounds.

a Facebook post, Uralasbest published pictures of its Trump-adorned chrysotile asbestos, writing: “Donald is on our side!â€

The post thanks Trump for supporting Scott Pruitt, the recently departed head of the EPA, “who declared that his agency would no longer deal with matters related to side effects potentially caused by asbestosâ€.

It adds that Trump called asbestos “100% safe after applicationâ€.

Bubi,

Now it is quite exposed that NATO is not being funded as per the charter.

Brexit architect Nigel Farage scolded nations who failed to meet their financial obligations to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) while reaping the full benefits.

Ahead of a two-day NATO summit in Brussels, Farage offered his support of President Donald Trump, who has put the coalition on notice as only a handful out of 29 members are currently meeting their commitment to invest at least 2% of GDP in military defense.

NATO boss tells Merkel to COUGH UP MORE money as Trump threats to Europeans hit home

NATO boss Jens Stoltenberg called on Germany to cough up more money to fund the international defence organisation as he was challenged on why European countries do not meet expenditure requirements.
