I don't know, I've always thought, you get a plumber to do the plumbing, politicians don't know plumbing. He is a physicist and former Harvard Uni proffesor that Slick Willy brought into the Dept of Defense. Carter is the genius who has been ordering the military to accept women in combat arms, despite all of the studies that show very few of them can meet the physical standards, and also has been rewriting occupational titles to get rid of "sexist" terms such seaman, airman, infantryman etc. You won't see such nonsense from a 36-year USMC veteran.
