Hillary Clinton is very smart, much smarter than her husband. She is a lawyer who has spent 50 years perfecting her craft, starting out as an assistant for the Watergate committee, going after Nixon associates that lied under oath. Legally, she knows what she is doing. I think that it's very unlikely that she lied under oath.

I have a brother that has listened to Rush Limbaugh for over 25 years. Since then, he's advanced to reading all sorts of news outlets, with Brietbart being one of the more respected (oxymoron) ones. He's been a true believer for some time and I don't try to have any conversations with him about politics.

FFS, prosecute her, stop making Trump a saint.

If I see two thieves and one is prosecuted, I will not make a case, that the prosecuted one is innocent, because the second one was not prosecuted.

Is this too simple for you?

Spend your time chasing someone who has not been caught, not supporting someone, who is likely to be or is about to be.

And in the Republican led, Trump led, Administration, why is she not being investigated? This is not a conspiracy, this is Trump not prosecuting her. And yet, the self same administration appointed Mueller.

So Trumperbelle and all his Republicans and all the Trumpanzees are gonna crucify Trump and leave Hillary unmolested (though I can see why, I wouldn't molest her).

Incompetence...

Donald Trump and other relatives' bank records sought in Russia probe

US Special Counsel Robert Mueller has asked Deutsche Bank for data on accounts held by President Donald Trump and his family, a person close to the matter says.

Mueller is investigating alleged Russian attempts to influence the 2016 US presidential election and potential collusion by Trump aides.

Germany's largest bank received a subpoena from Mueller several weeks ago to provide information on certain money and credit transactions, the person said, without giving details, adding key documents had been handed over in the meantime.

Deutsche Bank, which has loaned the Trump organisation hundreds of millions of dollars for real estate ventures, said it would not comment on any of its clients.

The bank rejected demands in June by US House Democrats to provide details of Trump's finances, citing privacy laws.

Russia has denied meddling in the election and Trump has said there was no collusion.

A disclosure document posted on the US Office of Government Ethics website in June showed liabilities for Trump of at least $130 million to Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas.

The German bank is one of the few major lenders that has lent large amounts to Trump in the past decade. A string of bankruptcies at his hotel and casino businesses during the 1990s made most of Wall Street wary of extending him credit.

Trump got a $106 million loan from Deutsche Bank in 2011 to buy Doral, the golf resort in Miami, according to property filings with the local land register. The Doral loans mature in 2023, his electoral filings show.

Separately, Deutsche Bank has lent Trump up to $170 million for the Old Post Office, a historic Washington property where he has opened a hotel. The bank also gave his Trump International Hotel and Tower, Chicago, a loan of up to $640 million, according to a 2012 property filing.

US House Democrats have argued that US federal laws protecting banking customers' confidentiality do not apply to requests from Congress.

Tecnical question : people saying for example CNN or other are nothing but fake news , where do they get their true news from which then are supposed to be that reliable that I should have heard of these sources .

Thank you for clarification .

Bubi, In my humble opinion it is like this:

=if( "I support Trump",

if( " news is bad for Trump, "Media who say so are false/Fake/lying", "it must not be true"),

"things bad for Trump are true")

easy

Cavanami try and understand the following:

The distinction between what Clinton told the FBI and what she told the public is important.

Clinton earned a Pants on Fire for claiming that, regarding the presence of classified information in her email.

Hillary said "Comey said my answers were truthful, and what I've said is consistent with what I have told the American people." [Remember this is public statement, not an answer to the FBI]

That was a rosy review of reality. Comey had specifically sidestepped whether she provided accurate information to the public. In particular, Clinton said there wasn’t any classified information in her email in media interviews, and Comey said there was.

So Comey's statement, can be used as evidence that she lied to the Public.

However, Trump’s charge, said Clinton lied to the FBI, and the agency has made no such claim.

So she may have lied to everyone on the planet, except the FBI, and I would think she has.

But

The FBI does not think she lied to them.

Trump on the other hand...
