Father son talk: Trump jnr won't say what was said, why?

Trump jnr claimed attorney-client privilege in declining to respond to queries about that discussion with his father, because a lawyer was in the room, when it took place.

This is funnier than funny - How can he be so stupid ?

How can he be so stupid ?

How can he be so stupid ? (posted three times for Cavanami...)

For the wilfully ignorant: "attorney-client privilege" is only claimed by lawyers. Clients can say anything they want.

Will he claim "Doctor Patient privilege" because there was a doctor in the building at the time?

"Orangutan, Millionaire Heir, privilege" because there was an Orangutan in the city's Zoo?

Adam Schiff, the top Democrat on the United States House of Representatives Intelligence Committee investigating allegations of Russian interference in last year's US election, said Trump jnr answered the "overwhelming majority" of questions from committee members in his hours of testimony.

But Trump jnr claimed attorney-client privilege in declining to respond to queries about that discussion with his father because a lawyer was in the room when it took place.

The discussion between then-Republican candidate Trump and his son took place after the emails became public, Schiff said. Trump jnr released the emails in July.

Coss, congrats on your USA law degree...you studies where in the USA....you better get your $$$ back because you

didn't learn much 5555

Attorney–client privilege or lawyer–client privilege is a "client's right privilege to refuse to disclose and to prevent any other person from disclosing confidential communications between the client and the attorney."[1]

See if your island fried brain can fully grasp the concept....

You have an attorney and discuss matters with them and do so under the protection of the attorney-client privilege.

If you, the client disclose what was discussed then you, the client negate the attorney-client privilege, so you, the client

do not discuss those matters.

If you openly discuss those matters, then why have an attorney?

The point you are missing, as usual (got your brain sun dried on the island?) is Jr did not what to involve his father

in what was discussed, maintaining the attorney-client privilege.

Quite simple....try to stay out of the sun....555

"confidential communications between the client and the attorney."

It's the conversation between the Son and Father that he's claiming it for, and lawyer after lawyer is laughing at him...

"island fried brain"

thank you once again for lowering the tone.

Yes, Clinton had the brain alright.

When Mr B. Clinton did a walk around in Auckland once, the route went past the building I worked in. It was about 10 in the morning.

Every single one, of the Female staff (about 50 of them) had arrived at work dressed in their Saturday Night best frocks.

And as the procession went up the street, these 50 or so females, ranging from young to old, were plastered against the windows, like flies on a car's radiator grill.

You still don't get it....you hire an attorney to discuss things and the attorney will keep them confidential...I hope I haven't already lost you...

You don't discuss the matter with *** ANYONE ELSE *** so as to keep it confidential.

If you discuss the matter with others, why hire the attorney? You discuss with others you lose the confidentiality plus the people you discuss the matter with might be called to testify in a court of law!

Good on Jr, for keeping his father out of it.

And Now:

5,000 Palestinians hold violent protests across West Bank, Gaza over Jerusalem ...

riots against Trump's recognition of Israel's capital; one killed at Gaza fence.

And this is in the USA thread, because Trump was warned this would happen and he did it anyway, so that his primarily Christian Base could see that he has done something he promised to do.

BTW he has promised not to touch Social Security and MediCaid .

Now

WILL TRUMP CUT SOCIAL SECURITY AND MEDICAID? BERNIE SANDERS SHOWS THE SENATE TWEETS WITH BROKEN PROMISES

Sean Hannity and Fox news are really off the planet.

And because anything Fox News says is the honest golden Cavanami Truth:

MIDDLE EAST 2 days ago:

As Trump’s Jerusalem decision looms, US Marines, Israeli troops bracing for violence

http://www.foxnews.com/world/2017/12/05/as-trumps-jerusalem-decision-looms-israeli-troops-brace-for-violence.html

SO Fox was reporting that a lot of people, including U.S. Marine Corps Fleet Antiterrorism Security Teams, Israeli security officials, and one guy especially:

“We understand that in any moment the order that we have achieved could change,†said Jerusalem District Police Commander Major Gen. Yoram Halvy about the potential outbreak of violence with moving the U.S. Embassy to the holy city. “Any second this place could be set on fire.â€

I believe Fox in this instance, will the Trumpanzees?
