Let's look at basic English for Americans again - "attorney/client privilege" this means that in the absence of the Trumperbelle, then Stormy would have to have been a client, rather than a money grubbing pornstar hooker.

 

But if the "attorney/client privilege" you refer to, is one between the Trumperbelle and Cohen, then the matter that is privileged, would have to be the Stormy matter, if you admit that there is a privilege in this matter, then the matter exists.

 

Cohen then saying, that he paid it from his own savings, is a diversion to say "nothing to do with Trumperbelle". Cohen is not a very clever lawyer, unless he his covering his arse before the shit storm. Or should that be golden shower.

 

If I was associated with the Trumperbelle, I'd be running for the hills about now.

The whole point of a non disclosure agreement, is that both sides will not disclose it, or it's contents.

 

So to say that you haven't seen a non-disclosure agreement and that is evidence, that it does not exist, stretches the bounds of your credibility.
