They're pissed that Thailand gave the arms dealer Bout (?) to USA and not to them. This sounds so very Putin! I can't verify this on internet. Could this be true. waerth Posted December 20, 2010 Report Share Posted December 20, 2010 I said out of the country .... meaning out of Russia. I know Russians get a 15 day VOA (or is it 30 now?)
