I do not pay tax period, neither UK HMRC or the European tax authorities actually realise I am working in Spain, as I said the power of the British Passport, I can remain in Spain as long as I wish and no questions asked.

When I used the term "Untracable" I meant by conventional means, of course it the powers that be were to issue a court order they would be able to track the money. Both my Swiss and Caymen Island companies are 100% legitimate. I know the hassle on it being seen as suspected drug money since I have a conviction and have spent time in a foreign prison for such an offence, I was Banged up Abroad, but thats another story.

It was actually my Mother, a retired accountant, who proposed to me this business model, she may be approaching 80 now but she still has all her marbles, good old gal.

Is it legal, probably not but avoiding taxation saves me over $75,000 / year, better off in my account than have the UK Goverment dish out MY MONEY to a bunch of single mothers and benefit cheats in the form of Social Securety, fark that for a game of soldiers.

I probably will keep getting away with it, my annual turnover is too insignificant to be investigated, hell I am operating in EU and HMRC coughed up the rebate whilst I am working under their nose.

As my old tag line used to say, "Know the Rules, Learn the Tricks, Play the Game" I am playing the game.

Nice to see someone getting dosh back from HMRC, the government are quick enough to take money from us but don't like giving it back!

I got a cheque from them myself a few months back from an error several tax years back. Not quite in the same league though under a £1,000 but still better in my pocket than theirs.

If the boot had had been on the other foot and it was me owing HMRC 45 Grand for 18 Months I would have been in Jail by now. It's one rule for one and another for the others.

Taking HMRC to Arbitration is not something many people do, but then again I am not like most other people. My poor little accountant lass was bricking herself but I just told her "Go For it Gal"

We won full rebate, 10% compensation and accountants fees paid in full by HMRC, I very much doubt that many people are aware of the fact that you can take HMRC to arbitration, I wasn't until I did some research into the matter, there is more than just porn on the internet.

I took on the UK Goverment, or should I say one of their departments head to head and I won, little man fights back against the machine, the money is nice but the feeling of beating the buggers is even better. It's been an 18 month battle against bullshit deception and lies but well worth it in the long run.
