Coss
Glad you're still with us. Again, just an observation. I hope, like others have posted above, that his family is taken care of.
The_Munchmaster
If indeed this passing can be put down to smoking, and I'd suggest that may well be so, Soongmak is the first person, I have had knowledge of dying from it, amongst the several hundred smokers I know. My mate Doug Rodger died in LOS at the age of 41. He died of a heart attack although whether it was his heavy smoking, his heavy drinking, his lack of eating much or a combination of all I don't know. Nervous God
Not been a good week for the board. I'll miss him. Agree with pretty much all his posts. Good bloke. Sad for his family too.
ALHOLK
To bad really. I never met the bloke but 42 is much to young. I gave up smoking at about his age. My father was a very heavy smoker and reached 66. I hope his family is OK.
panadolsandwich
Sad news. I mind when I was new to Thailand I sped read through all his historical posts because they were so insightful. It's a real shame when someone dies so young - Sic transit gloria mundi.
kjk90210
I am not much of a participant and I never met the man - his posts suggested that he was one of the good guys - but I am very sorry to hear about young Soongmak's death. RIP, boss.
