Angeles Trip May 2011

Recommended Posts

Anyone know of the proper terminology for a group of Mongers?

You know - like this:-

A wake of buzzards

A brood (or clutch) of chicks

A sedge of cranes

A murder (or horde) of crows

A dule of doves

A convocation of eagles

A stand of flamigos

A flock (or gaggle or skein) of geese

A pack of grouse

So, a xxxx of Mongers?

The week of 15-22 May is the time to head to Clark - Cebu Pacific had a super saver sale on fares the last few days - a round trip to either Clark or Manila from BKK was about THB 3,000 only.

My personal fave is "a schlong" of mongers.

Not to be confused with a "flange" of hookers.

These types of words are called "collective nouns". A search online doesn't seem to come up with the correct collective noun for a bunch of mongers...
