Remember, once one bolt goes, the rest are easy as you have shear adding to the forces at play. "IN WALL" is WAY different than "WALL MOUNTED" "IN WALL" is WAY better and tougher if done right. And if you think they would not spend an hour or more in your apartment, think again. Here is a simple test: Take a hammer and bang ten times on your floor in rapid succession then stop.
