I convinced myself years ago that those mirrors are of the same type found at carnivals/fun houses that drastically alter my age and physique. Then one day you look in a mirror and think, "Jesus, who the hell is that old fart?" In my mind I still look about 30. But the guy I see in the mirrors looks more like Methusaleh's grandfather.
