United had the second-highest customer complaint rate (1.64 per 100,000 passengers) of all airlines in 2010, including the regional carriers... Coss Posted April 13, 2011 Report Share Posted April 13, 2011 I saw someone drop a baby today, very distressing, pretty young mother in a bank, put the baby on the counter, busy flicking her hair and showing off to the assembled males. Thud, 5 feet to the floor, she picked up the baby and ran from the bank. Ladies in the bank distressed, me distressed, idiot mother and baby gone, I hope the baby gets medical attention.
