gobbledonk Posted May 2, 2011 Report Share Posted May 2, 2011 Ebb and flow. After spending 3 months of a notoriously bad (for the bars) low season in BKK, I was amazed by their stoicism. After spending a couple of days in a village, I could see where that stoicism came from. Even the dullest night in the bar seems better, to my Farang eyes, than a large chunk of their lives in the village.
