All the bars and clubs closed at 10 PM last night, looking out of apartment window every building is flying the "Co do sao vang" where as yesterday only about a third of the buildings were flying it.

 

Going for a walk around now for a look see, I am about 150 KM SE of Hanoi in rural Vietnam.
