BelgianBoy Posted August 20, 2012 Report Share Posted August 20, 2012 A friend of mine swears by them.....a Chemist told him to take 1 tab 8 -10 hours before planned "playtime" and once established in the system the effects will works for 3 or 4 days correct, most urologues would recomment taking one a day, every day, no side effects, and you are always "ready"......
