gawguy
I picked up a form at Bangkok Hosp in Pattaya and now have it in USA. I'm going to appoint my sister to make medical decisions for me if I'm incapacitated. It will be witnessed by my girlfriend and my brother-in-law, all in USA. I am wondering if this would be more binding in Thailand if I had my signature notarized at a legal office in Thailand. There is not a place for that on the form but I assume it could be attached. My concern is that signatures of witnesses in USA will not be binding in Thailand. Does anyone know more about such things? Thanks, Gaw Guy
