gawguy
I'll be heading back to USA in about month. I need to get my O-A Visa extended before I go. I'm not anticipating any complications as I have plenty of baht in my Thai account and everything is in order. Should I do it just before I leave? Is it a one / two day process? That is, take in the letter from bank and bank book one day and pick up the extension the next day? It's always best to do it near the last date possible so it will be extended from that day, right? BTW - how much is an extension plus multiple entry stamp? Thanks, Gaw Guy
StoneSoup
If you have all the correct documentation, they will renew a retirement extension the same day - in and out. You then proceed to another counter/section to obtain the multiple re-entry permit - which is also granted the same day. The cost for the annual entry permit extension is 1,900 baht. The cost for the multiple re-entrerty permlt is 3,800 baht. Cheers! SS
