No need to hit the ground and do any research - just put it out there that Jodie Foster, a confirmed lesbian, appears to have used Mel Gibson's ample seed at some stage to produce two kids of her own, This isnt the Kalamazoo Weekly - its the New York Post ! Isn't this supposed to be a credible newspaper, or do I have them mixed up with the Washington Post ? In any case, how hard can it be to get a job writing total crap like that ? An unnamed 'amateur genealogist' might as well be the guy who sold you a coffee earlier that morning. 'Journalism' is a joke - war correspondents and investigative journos notwithstanding.

In making the claims, the New York Post quoted an unnamed "amateur genealogist" who said that Miss Foster's kids "look like Gibson, but blonder".

The newspaper offered no other explanation as to how it came to such a conclusion.

The NY Post was founded in 1801 by Alexander Hamilton, of all people. It was a respectable newspaper ... until it was purchased by Rupert Murdoch! :p

<< Murdoch imported the sensationalist "tabloid journalism" style of many of his Australian and British newspapers, such as The Sun (the highest selling daily newspaper in the UK). This style was typified by Post's famous headlines such as “Headless body in topless barâ€. In its 35th-anniversary edition, New York Magazine listed this as one of the greatest headlines ever. It also has five other Post headlines in its "Greatest Tabloid Headlines" list. >>
