And again, I'm not very smart but isn't that the driving force in just about everything in life? Sure: If you imply that the people doing most of the research are motivated to NOT find cures and effective vaccines, this is false. If you imply that medical companies purposfully do not work to cure things, the evidence is pretty conclusive that this is not true. Otherwise a lot of the things that keep you alive today (Small pox, typhus, and all the vaccines, better and better antibiotics, contraception, water purification and sanitation teck, super metals.) would not exist.
