Bills are still paid even if transferred from one part of government to another. Hopefully the exchange is conducted peacefully without personal attacks. If I held an opinion on something, say life insurance, I am entitled to hold that opinion. If I was open to changing my opinion about life insurance I would surely consider other opinions posted on this forum.
