Personally, I would prefer to know and avoid such places. Munchy has now posted the name of the hotel - those of us who know his love for Soi 22 over many years probably wont be surprised, but it's sad nonetheless. Soi 22 has been an oasis for me amidst the madness out on Suk, but things have changed - I stay further down the Soi, but Munchy's experience has hit home. Unfortunately for them, they didn't know which part of the ATM machine contained the money. They smashed the tops of the machines, found nothing and left.
