That's ~7 litres of oil per head a year. Less than half teaspoon a day for the entire population.

 

Isaan is a third of Thai populace, if they can be fully excluded, then for the majority goes at about 10 litres a year.

 

Sure, Isaan people do fry eggs, meat, fish and whatever but that is not the indigenous Isaan food.

Incorrect the SI conversion rate is US TSP 1 Litre = 202.884 TSP therefore 7 litres = 1420.19 TSP or 3.89 TSP / day which is 778% higher. If going for the Metric TSP then 1 Litre = 200 TSP, 7 Litres = 1400 or 3.835 TSP / day which is 767% higher. Why do you keep posting Crap? It may wash with an Isaan wife or the Japanese but you can't fool me, I have only been involved in Measurement and Control for near on 35 years.
