The black "leaders" were very outspoken that it was the responsibility of black women to produce as many children as possible! It was seen as fucking/procreating your way into power. 50 years later, the population of the blacks in the USA has increased, more blacks in politics and business. So it worked to some extent. To another extent, we are all people and many greedy people at that. The overall results are evident if you look closely. There are still millions of blacks in or near poverty.
