cavanami
....but the point was, there is very limited room to grow cows and the food they require, hence Japan looked to the oceans to gather their food...

khunsanuk
Hi, ....but the point was, there is very limited room to grow cows and the food they require, hence Japan looked to the oceans to gather their food... Understood, but that doesn't justify wiping out an entire race of animals. If they want to be able to continue using the ocean as a food source they should make certain it can sustain the amount of fishing they do. Sanuk! cavanami
I would think the Japanese no longer rely on whales for food as they have, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, etc. Many of the young Japanese do not eat whale, mostly the older generation that is dying off. Not sure, but me thinks the whale has greater problems with all the polluted oceans! But yes, the whales should not be killed until extinct!!!! cavanami
For me, not good. Quite oily, strong fish-like taste...I ate it one time and that was enough for me. It came in a large cube type block weighing a few Kg. Red as can be.
