I am coming back for the chips KS, they taste like Vlaamse frieten and at 65 baht still a good price. A kilo of potatoes is 30 baht at Huai Kwang market btw! Do the numbers A "decent" bun cost approx 8 baht.... average 5 baht BEEF costs between 250 = 500 baht / kg....so a 100gm serve costs between 25 & 50 baht add to that contribution to overheads, labour & profit margin Do the Math...it ain't rocket science Maybe there's a reason the price went up....it's called survival Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
