No, actually been asking a number of people working in rural areas across the country, we've a good network country wide, I believe there a deeper story that's not so interesting, or doesn't play as well. It's the more professional level Farmers that are getting nothing, I suspect a large number of CP contracted farms as well :)

Faced with these choices so far, according to logic which is the easiest solution I wonder.

 

1. Military coup

2. Civil war

3. Partition of the country

4. The Status Quo

5. A Hero arises and saves the country

I talked to some farmers from Ayutthaya at the Lumpini protest camp. They definitely had not been paid and said some very nasty things about Yingluck and Pheu Thai. That is the sole reaason they joined the protests. They said if they got paid, they'd go home.

20 years give or take a few. He still promised them cows. And yes, when pressured to explain where he'd get the millions of cows needed, he stumbled and said "Australia?" Cunning foreign cows them...
