Gotta give that prick Mourinho's Chelsea the nod as favorites. They have bought big. Not much difference between them and CIty aand nd he's a better tactician than Pelligrini.

Arsenal have bought well so far but wait to see if Khedira can be added if not him another dcm. Still think we need a striker but we probably won't buy one.

Can Man Utd get to top 4? Not sure. Depends if Arsenal continue to play decent and if Liverpool can replace Suarez's impact and push on. Can't see anyone getting between City and Chelsea but you never know.

Van Gaal is going to have a rough time, Evra left and supposedly more are on the way out, voluntarily or forced. He may need to play the youth card, in which he's really good. Carrick will be out for a prolonged period as well.

Can't see too many top players joining ManU.

I doubt Southampton will be finishing 7th this season. As well as their manager moving to Tottenham they have now sold 5 players with another 2 looking like they'll be following their manager. Shaw has gone to Man U, Lambert, Lallana and Lovren to Liverpool and now Chambers to Arsenal. Also Schneiderlin and Rodriquez could be off to Tottenham! That's most of their best players!

I wonder what their fans must be thinking? :dunno::confused::cussing::banghead:

Ar$enal will win nothing unless they invest in a striker....

We did. Sanchez. Its said he will be used as a striker. He was converted to winger at Barca, he is naturaly a striker. A dcm is what is needed. Not sure about our left side. Campbell, the Costa Rican winger perhaps. Lots of pace in the team now. If its Walcott and Campbell on the wings, they are going to be keeping a lot of full backs busy. Gibbs and Debuchy are very quick as well. The flanks have pace. Sanchez is very quick.

Champions League lifeline for Celtic

"Remarkable Champions League reprieve for Celtic.

Legia Warsaw won the third qualifying round tie 6-1 on aggregate but brought on Bartosz Bereszynski for the last two minutes of the second leg, while he was supposed to be serving a suspension.

As a result Celtic were handed a 3-0 'walkover' win for the second leg, taking them through on away goals!"

As a Celtic supporter I'm delighted but the penalty does seem a tad harsh?!
