Flashermac
A friend's Dell laptop is getting very slow these days. Can anyone recommend a good Bangkok shop to see what's happening? Dell advertises that they service their products anywhere in the world. It's a lie. This is a UK model not sold in LOS, and Dell Thailand told him they won't touch it! There are plenty of shops around, but which one won't make it worse than it already is?

Flashermac
I use a non Thai Dell, I took it to Dell services at Fortune, had it fixed ASAP You wouldn't know which shop that is, would you? I googled and there is no authorised dealer in Fortune, but lots of shops display a Dell logo.
My Penis is hungry
Was on the third floor, one above the floor which is mostly Mobiles, at the back on the left side, past the large open area two story area. Happy to meet you out there if we can stop for a coffee before going upstairs.

unit731
What I have done more then a few times is to reformat the hard drive. Assuming you have the original OS operating system disk. Just take all needed information on computer and place on a flash drive or CD/DVD disk. Brings the computer back to original out of box condition.
