Yingluk was photographed flying out of Suwwanpum airport to Paris today (23/07/14) on Thai Airways flight TG 930 with her 12 year old son Nong Pipe to attend her brother Thaksin's 65th birthday on 26/07/14.

When asked by reporters at the airport on what day she was planning to return she declined to answer, replying "I want to take a break before returning and we'll chat then".

Former Deputy Prime Minister Surapong Tovichakchaikul was also at the airport travelling to Thaksin's birthday party in France but stated he is due to return on the 27th of this month.

She's lost some weight and looks happier that it's over. She was pigging out during the protests, when she hid in various locations. (Look at the expression on the guy next to her.) Suthep has taken shelter by becoming a monk down south. At least he had got into shape for making his morning rounds.

Yingluck declines to commit when to return to Thailand

Former prime minister Yingluck Shinawatra Wednesday night declined to commit when she would return to Thailand.

Yingluck met an army of reporters at the Suvarnabhumi International Airport at 10 pm when she arrived to check in for her flight to Paris. Her TG 930 flight of the Thai Airways International left for Paris at five minutes after midnight.

"I want to take a vacation. Let's talk after I've come back," Yingluck replied when reports shouted to her, asking when she would return.

In 2010, the Thai government sent to 187 countries copies of the arrest warrant issued for Thaksin. Presumably, France and the U.S. we're among the 187 countries. That didn't stop Thaksin's from visiting the U.S. In 2010 and France now. For all their bluster, I don't think that the opposition in Thailnd wants Thaksin's back in Thailand, either as a free man or under arrest. It seems that Yingluck left Thailand with 15 suitcases, so she may be planning for a long vacation, which is why she was allowed to leave.
