Bill Cosby A Sexual Predator?

Cos, have you actually read any of the news? These are mainly on-on-one encounters, in his dressing room or wherever. These weren't at any drug taking parties. The claims are that he gave them spiked drinks. And the women were not throwing themselves at him either. They describe waking up to find themselves nude or minus their knickers. Big difference.

True? I don't know. But they almost all claim that Cosby invited them backstage or somewhere private to discuss business. Then he offered them a drink. The charges are consistent, to say the least.

Sorry, I should have demarcated my post more clearly. I'm not defending Cosby, I don't know the truth, he may be a drugging predator, it probably is true if we believe the news.

My other comments are general in nature, describing the difficulty men in stardom situations find themselves.

Even in non stardom situations. I know a teacher, whose class included a girl who sat in the front row, she'd open her legs and make suggestive faces at him. When he complained to the school authorities, he was lucky to escape with his job. The attitude was, that even though entirely innocent of any untoward behaviour, somehow it was his fault, that the little tramp was trying to get him into trouble.

We received a memo from the state Board of Education.

About 'sexual harassment'.

In this long winded memo - it stated that if the teacher "looked" at the student and that "look" was "unsolicited" - then that is sexual harassment.

For those who are teachers out there or who did teach at one time - this is absurd.

You can't look at any student while teaching - as that student can charge you with sexual harassment.

And the way some of these gals in public schools dressed - I don't know how their parents would purchase such clothing - and how they would let them go to school wearing such.

I was in my early 20s when I did my student teaching. A few of the girls openly flirted with me. Some would come up to the podium and lean over to look at what I had in front of me, "accidentally" rubbing their boobs against me in the process. These were 9th and 10th graders (age 14 to 16). But I had enough sense to ignore it all, especially since one girl's father was the county sheriff!

  • 2 weeks later...

Once again, I am not defending Cosby or any sexual predator (Hows that for a presumption of innocence?), the story I note below is to support my assertion that women sometimes lie.

Rolling Stone doubts its University of Virginia gang rape story.

Rolling Stone says it no longer trusts the account of a brutal gang rape described in an explosive story it published last month about sexual assaults at the University of Virginia.

The story, written by contributing editor Sabrina Rubin Erdely, opens with a grisly account from a woman identified only as Jackie, who described being attacked by several members of the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity, sexually assaulted for hours and raped with a beer bottle at their fraternity house.

The article sparked anger and protests, and prompted the University of Virginia to suspend all fraternity activities until next year. The university also pledged to re-examine the way it handles sexual assault allegations and asked police to investigate the alleged assault, which Jackie said in the article occurred in 2012 when she was a freshman.

You be the judge...

I think it was the great artist, Picasso, who said that any publicity is good. So all of this news coverage that Cosby is getting is good for him (per Picasso, that is). Cosby may make zillion $ writing a book about his version of this mess, making a hollywood movie, etc. This additional coverage will make him a larger figure historically.

For me, a bit suspicious now that many, many women have come forward to speak out against this guy!

Quite right to be suspicious, but that is truth by popularity.

I remember many years ago, as an average looking young guy, I had very poor success with the females, due to my social standing. When a year later I turned up with a pretty wife and a good business, the self same girls were all over them selves trying to interest me in their virtues...

What I'm trying to say is, that feckless people will chase the money, true or not. Whilst Michael Jackson undoubtedly, was a piece of work, look at the legion of unfounded claims against him, even after his death. You only have to have a picture of yourself getting an autograph from M Jackson when you were a child, to be able to retain top lawyers who'll sue and sue and sue.

And more on this theme of women lying - Source

After duping Irish and Canadian authorities with horrific tales of being a child sexual abuse victim, serial troublemaker Samantha Azzopardi is returning home to Australia this week.

The 26-year-old from Sydney, who has used more than 40 aliases, was considered a flight risk and so devious Canadian authorities decided to keep her locked up until she boarded a flight back to Australia on Tuesday.

A Canadian Border Security Agency officer will escort Azzopardi on the flight, the Calgary Herald reported.

"Ms Azzopardi has a long history of impersonating others, lying and committing fraud," hearing officer Rhonda Macklin, at immigration proceedings in Calgary, said.

When Azzopardi was found wandering the streets of Dublin, Ireland, last year she led authorities to believe she was a teenage sex-trafficking victim from eastern Europe...............................

For Cosby, guilty as per the media...which is wrong but that is the world we live in today.

Look what the media does:

- makes US presidents

- destroys US presidents

- gives the people the opinions that the media expects them to have

...then again, look at those that own/control the media...
